They exist to ensure clarity when journeys involve multiple countries, suppliers, and services — especially when plans change or disruptions occur.

1. Intermediary Role & Service Scope
GoBaby Travel acts as a travel intermediary, connecting customers with flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and travel products through our direct platform and partner technology providers. We facilitate bookings and payments, but ultimate service delivery is managed by the chosen travel supplier/operator.
While GoBaby Travel acts as an intermediary, our operating system coordinates documentation, bookings, support, and escalation across services to reduce fragmentation. Operational accountability refers to coordination and assistance — not the assumption of legal liability for third-party service delivery.
2. User Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate, complete information when booking or creating an account.
- • Use site only for legal, genuine reservations.
- • Safeguard your login details and supervise account use.
3. Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
- • Bookings may be subject to the terms of travel suppliers, Pathfndr engine, or other partners. Read rules at checkout.
- • Confirmed bookings require full payment. Cancellations/amendments are governed by the supplier/engine policy and may incur charges.
- • Eligible refunds for cancellations are processed to the original payment source, within the timelines specified during booking.
- • Service fees, commissions, and agency charges vary by product type, supplier, market, and booking conditions. All applicable charges are disclosed at the time of booking or during checkout. GoBaby Travel reserves the right to revise service fees as required, with updated disclosures reflected on the platform.
4. Third-Party Services & Liability
- • We are not responsible for the last-mile delivery, service quality, or cancellations by third-party travel suppliers, hoteliers, or airlines. Refer to their individual T&Cs.
- • GoBaby Travel disclaims liability for delays, disruptions, or supplier non-performance.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- • All site and app content, logo, images are the property of GoBaby Travel unless otherwise stated.
- • Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal, payment, and travel details are protected by our privacy policy. See our full Privacy Statement for details.
7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All use and disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts of Gujarat.

The summary above is for your convenience. The sections below constitute the full, detailed terms and conditions which apply to all bookings (including those processed through Pathfndr and other partners).
Pricing & Payment
- • All prices are indicative and subject to change before booking confirmation.
- • Quoted fares include base price, taxes, and any applicable fees, unless stated otherwise.
- • Some bookings may require advance deposit or full payment at the time of reservation.
- • Separate supplier fees or surcharges may apply (e.g., baggage, seat selection, resort fees).
Bookings & Confirmation
- • Bookings become confirmed once we issue a confirmation reference and/or voucher.
- • You must check all details (names, dates, timings) immediately upon receipt. Errors not reported within 24 hours may not be correctable without penalty. Error rectification is subjective to acceptance by operator and we are not responsible for errors caused by the traveler while inputting details.
- • Certain bookings (especially airfare and special offers) are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.
Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy
- • Cancellation and amendment rules vary by product, supplier, and booking type. Review terms during checkout.
- • Cancellation charges typically increase closer to the travel date.
- • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within 7–30 working days, depending on the supplier and financial institution.
- • No-shows or partial use of services are generally non-refundable.
- • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.) may be governed by special supplier policies.
Travel Documents & Visa
- • You are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health certificates, and all documents required for travel.
- • GoBaby Travel or Visa2Fly shall not be liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper or missing documentation.
- • We may provide visa assistance as an add-on service, but final approval is at the sole discretion of respective embassies or consulates. We are not responsible for the rejections or delays caused by embassy.
Travel Health & Medical Guidance
- • GoBaby Travel may facilitate access to general travel health consultations or medical guidance as part of its services.
- • Such consultations are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment.
- • GoBaby Travel, its doctors, and partners shall not be liable for medical outcomes, delays, or decisions taken based on such guidance.
- • In case of medical emergencies, users must immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
Flights
- • Flight bookings are subject to airline terms, baggage policies, and schedule changes.
- • Flight timings shown at the time of booking are indicative; airlines reserve the right to change schedules.
- • We recommend reconfirming your flight 24–48 hours before departure with the airline directly.
- • Any airline-imposed penalties (change fees, fare difference, cancellation charges) will be passed on to the customer.
Accommodation & Hotels
- • Hotel gradings (star ratings) provided are indicative and based on local or supplier classification; they may differ from international standards.
- • Hotel images shown are representative and actual room allocation depends on availability at check-in.
- • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur extra charges.
- • Complaints about hotel service, cleanliness, or amenities should be reported immediately to hotel management and notified to us within 24 hours for assistance.
Sightseeing, Tours & Transfers
- • Tours and transfers are operated by local service providers or third-party partners.
- • Itinerary timings and sequence may be adjusted due to local conditions, weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
- • Some attractions may require separate entry fees not included in the tour price.
- • Missed services due to customer delay, no-show, or unavailability are non-refundable.
Special Requests & Group Bookings
- • Special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences, accessibility needs, etc.) are forwarded to suppliers but are not guaranteed.
- • Group bookings (typically 10+ travelers) may have separate terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies.
- • Group bookings may require full or partial prepayment and are usually non-refundable or subject to high cancellation fees.
Changes by Supplier or Operator
- • Third-party suppliers reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or services due to operational requirements, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- • In such cases, we will assist in providing alternatives of similar standard, but we are not liable for the change itself or any resulting costs.
Force Majeure
Neither GoBaby Travel nor Pathfndr shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
- • War, terrorism, civil unrest
- • Government restrictions or advisories
- • Strikes, technical failures, or transport disruptions
Refund or alternate arrangements in such scenarios depend on supplier policies.
Customer Conduct & Obligations
- • Customers must conduct themselves lawfully and courteously.
- • Any disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- • Customers must comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations at the travel destination.
- • You are responsible for safeguarding your own belongings, valuables, and travel documents.
Health & Travel Insurance
- • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability.
- • GoBaby Travel does not provide insurance directly and is not liable for medical issues, injuries, or health-related incidents during travel.
- • Where insurance or health-related services are facilitated through partners, coverage terms are governed solely by the insurer or service provider.
Disclaimer of Liability
Use of the term “accountability” across the GoBaby Travel platform refers to coordinated support, communication, and assistance within our operating system. It does not override third-party supplier obligations, guarantees, or legal responsibility for service delivery.
GoBaby Travel and Pathfndr act as intermediaries/agents and are not responsible for:
- • The acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other suppliers.
- • Personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss during travel.
- • Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, or service failures by third parties.
Limitation: Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee charged by us and does not extend to the value of the booking or consequential losses.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoBaby Travel and our affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of our services or platform.
Intellectual Property
- • All content, trademarks, logos, text, images, and software on our website, app, or platform are owned by or licensed to GoBaby Travel and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Privacy & Data Protection
- • We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- • By using our services, you consent to such use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- • We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our grievance mechanism.
- • If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Gujarat, India.
- • The language of arbitration shall be English, and the decision shall be final and binding.
- • Each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- • Courts in Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, subject to the arbitration clause above.
Severability & Waiver
- • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
- • Failure by GoBaby Travel to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Amendments
- • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- • Updated terms will be posted on our website/app with a revised effective date.
- • Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Entire Agreement
- • These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms displayed during booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoBaby Travel.
- • They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral).
